Circles are an important part of the Grace Women's Ministry. When you join a Circle, you are part of a small group that will help you grow in your faith through Bible study, fellowship, and friendship. For more information about circles, email Jeff Hancock. Body and Soul is a non-profit, non-denominational, international ministry that provides a resource for meeting physical and spiritual needs of its students in a exercise format. The mission of Body and Soul is to promote physical discipline, spiritual growth and evangelism in an uplifting, encouraging, atmosphere. The classes are set to awesome contemporary Christian music and include scripture study guides, group prayer, devotions and fellowship. Come try your first class for free and bring a friend! Please email us if you are interested and a time below does not fit your schedule. We can inform you of any new classes and/or record your input and preferences to help establish our new class days and times.

- Tuesday 11-11:45 am and Thursday 10-10:45am
Inclement Weather Policy
- 9:30 class does NOT meet if Wake county schools have ANY (1 or 2 hour) delays or are closed. This includes my seniors on Thursdays, since we are all in a combined class together.
- Tuesday, senior, 11-11:45 class will meet if schools are on a one hour delay, but NOT if there is a 2 hour delay or schools are closed.
